I have achieved an Architectural Design and Technology Degree | BA (Hons), and have been working as an architectural designer for the past 9 years since i graduated from university.
Three years ago, I transitioned from architecture to product design and UI/UX after realizing I’d stopped feeling challenged or fulfilled in my career. I wanted to push myself creatively and explore a field with more room for growth and innovation.
I decided to take matters into my own hands - over the past couple of years, I’ve completed three online UI/UX courses while working full time and juggling everything else life brings.
Balancing work and study wasn’t easy, but I loved learning UI/UX. The process felt natural, almost identical to architecture - from research to iteration.
Nine years in architecture gave me a strong foundation for UI/UX design. Over the past three years, I’ve built on that experience and can’t wait to put it into practice.
